2021 News

BVTC will resume normal operations once the courts are open for the 2021 season. However we will follow any State or County Covid 19 guidelines such as mask wearing or social distancing if and when they are being mandated.

Following is some information for the 2021 playing season:

The Thursday "Drop-In" will start as soon as the courts are open.  Anybody who wants to play (members and non-members) should come to the courts by 5:30pm for some fun tennis.  Check with Jema at the Sheriff's office if you have any questions.

Two Pickle ball courts are available on court 4.

BVTC installed numeric locks on the front and rear  tennis court doors.  Members in good standing have been given the new code for 2021. The corner doors are permanently locked because they were being left unlocked too many times.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

BVTC will host the first annual Morley Singer Memorial tennis mixer on July 3rd, 9 AM. This fun tournament/mixer is open to all levels and is in honor of the late Morley Singer who was a founding father of BVTC.

The open BVTC Board meeting is scheduled for August 1st, 9AM. It will take place by the tennis courts and is open to all members.

Non-members may purchase a day pass for tennis and/or pickle ball play at the Bear Valley Adventure Company (gas station) for $20.-. BVAC will also sell high altitude tennis balls and have racquets for rent

Our Tennis Pro Peter Regan will schedule some tennis and pickle ball clinics as in previous years. Please look for fliers for details or contact Peter directly (see below).
